At www.mambofloat.com, we are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. Thats why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on all eligible purchases. The policy is valid from the date you receive the product until the date you first report an issue to us.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

1.3 Return process:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@mambobaby.com and provide clear photos of the item showing the issue (if applicable).
  • Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Once received, returns will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that banks and payment platforms may take 57 additional business days to release funds.

Important: Do not send returns to the address printed on the package. This is not our return center. Please request the correct return address from our customer service team.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping costs if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs if:
