1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.

Our carriers include: FBA,USPS,Local Couriers.

3.Estimated Shipping Time

• International Shipments: Shipping typically takes 7-12days for cross-border shipments, not including customs clearance time.
  

4.Shipping Fees
We will provide clear and detailed shipping charges based on the order amount and regional shipping method:
Standard shipping:

• Orders less than $69: shipping cost - $5.99
  
• Orders of $69 and over: Free Shipping
• Overseas warehouse to the U.S.: Processing time is 1-2 business days, and delivery time is 3-5 business days.
• Shipping from domestic warehouse: Processing time is 1-2 business days, and delivery time is 15-20 business days. 

5.Address Issues & Redelivery Fees
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if it is refused by the recipient, the recipient will be responsible for any additional charges for reshipping or returning the package.

6.Customs Duties & Taxes

• Please note that we do not charge any additional taxes.
  

7.Lost/Damaged or Delayed Claims
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package at Support@mambobaby.com, providing the following information:

• Order number
• Package photos
• Carrier tracking number
• Evidence of damage/shortage

We will investigate and assist with claims as needed.
