What is your shipping range and shipping cost?

We currently ship to: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Sweden, Singapore, Russia, Thailand, Croatia, Colombia, Cyprus, Mexico, Brazil, Slovenia, Kenya, Albania and more. Free shipping is available for orders over $69. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout.

What is the shipping and delivery time?

From overseas warehouse to the U.S.: Processing time is 1–2 business days, and delivery time is about 3–5 business days.
From domestic warehouse: Processing time is 1–2 business days, and delivery time is about 15–20 business days.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package at Support@mambobaby.com and provide the following information: order number, package photos, carrier tracking number, and any evidence of damage or shortage. We will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. The product must be unused, in new condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and labels intact.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please email Support@mambobaby.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos. Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.

Product & Safety

Is the Mambobaby Float safe for babies?

Yes. Our floats feature a unique five-point safety lock system and a detachable tail wing to help prevent tipping, slipping, and sliding. However, Mambobaby floats are not life-saving devices. Always supervise your child while in or near the water.

Can the Mambobaby Float be used in all water environments?

Our floats can be used in safe, calm water environments such as swimming pools, beach areas, and home bathtubs. Always choose safe, calm environments and stay within arm’s reach of your child.

Cleaning & Care

How do I clean and store the Mambobaby Float?

After use, rinse the float thoroughly with clean water, especially after using it in salt water or chlorinated pools. Let it air-dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
