Shipping

• We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouses.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery time:
  • U.S. & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days
• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
• Note: If an item is temporarily out of stock in our overseas warehouses, it will ship directly from our factory in China. In this case, delivery may take about 20–30 days.

Returns & Exchanges

• Requests accepted within 30 days of delivery if you’re not fully satisfied.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
