How can I qualify for free shipping?
Orders of $69 or more are eligible for free shipping worldwide. Orders will be delivered via carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Logistics, EMS, Australia Post, DPD, and others. Please note:
- You cannot select the shipping carrier.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be changed.
- Free shipping is calculated based on the final cart total after discounts.
Why was I charged for oversized shipping if I qualified for free shipping?
Currently, there are no oversized fees for products on our website. If new oversized products are added in the future, we will make this clear to customers.
Can I remove the signature requirement for delivery?
Once your order is placed, we cannot change its settings. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for alternative delivery arrangements. If you encounter issues, contact our customer service team.
Can I send Mambobaby products as a gift?
Yes, Mambobaby Floats make wonderful gifts. While we do not offer gift wrapping or personalized notes, rest assured that invoices are not included in shipments.
I purchased Mambobaby products from another retailer, but they don't fit. What should I do?
Please contact the retailer where you made the purchase. They will assist you according to their return/exchange policy.
My coupon code isn't working. What should I do?
Only one discount or coupon code can be applied per order. Some promotions are automatically applied, while others require a code. Discounted or promotional items cannot be combined with additional discounts.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. Our fulfillment center processes orders very quickly—sometimes within an hour. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. Conditions:
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Items showing stains, broken seals, or damage will not be accepted.
- Customized/personalized products are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is not prepaid. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will process your refund.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer unconditional exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or dirty, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos or videos.

Why did I only receive half or part of my order?
